Great value for money, great staff there .. made me feel comfortable and welcome.
Great Value for money and fantastic staff ! The aircondition , the little kitchen and the space, as well as the location are really good and the price is more than reasonable. The breakfast with coffee, fruit and toast/jam etc was included in the price.

Nice cheap stay.
Nice cheap stay.
No hot water, could feel springs in the mattress so was uncomfortable to sleep on, no rubbish bin provided in kitchen, no house keeping provided so have to ask for toilet paper/towels etc.

The worst accommodation experience I have ever had.
Nothing.
Everything. The facilities are shocking. Our shower had no pressure and we were given no towels at all meaning after your shower everything would get wet. Our kitchen lacked basic utensils (we were given two knives and one fork, along with a second plastic fork, there was no drying cloth or drying rack hence no way to dry dishes you've washed, there was no washing liquid, there was no pan, the coffee "machine" had no pot, we were given no mugs). The bedroom is also shocking (the sheets were dirty, the pillows were incredibly thin and had mould under the cover, the air-conditioning did not work at all, the fan made such a noise to the point where you cannot sleep, the bed was lopsided and clearly slanted to one side). You would think that with all of these problems that the management of the place would look to try and help you but this is not how it works at this "hotel". You will be ignored by the manager of the hotel, Ramon, who will just claim that he is too busy to handle your request and will ignore you the whole day until he finally replies to say that he is finished work for the day and cannot help. We tried to cancel our upcoming booking without charge as we were shocked with the service we had receive. Coconut hotel will ignore any messages they receive from booking.com. They will claim that they have not received any messages from them and will refuse to be of any help. The pictures of the hotel on the website are a lie. They are completely misleading any customer. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

It was if the hotel was managed by the backpacker staying in one of the rooms. Never around or didn’t know what was happening. Breakfast was bread don’t expect a buffet here! Swimming pool (main reason we booked) was green and filthy
